Web Mobile Developer – Full Stack

The Web/Mobile Developer is within Information Technology Department and will focus on building and maintaining integrations and custom solutions across Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, our in-house React-based mobile application (iOS & Android), and the corporate website. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working across the full stack—front end, back end, APIs, and integrations—while partnering closely with enterprise systems, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.

• Enterprise Platforms & Integrations
  • Design, build, and maintain integrations between Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, and other internal and third-party systems
  • Develop and support RESTful APIs used by internal applications, the mobile app, and external partners
  • Ensure data consistency, security, and reliability across enterprise systems
• Mobile Application Development
  • Build and support React-based mobile application for iOS and Android
  • Develop backend services and APIs to support mobile features and data access
  • Collaborate with product owners to deliver intuitive mobile experiences
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mobile app issues across platforms
• Corporate Website Develop men t
  • Develop and maintain features for corporate website
  • Build APIs and backend services that power website functionality
  • Ensure performance, accessibility, security, and search engine optimization best practices
• Full Stack Development
  • Develop front-end components using modern JavaScript frameworks (React)
  • Build scalable backend services
  • Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture planning
• Collaboration & Operations
  • Partner with IT and business teams (Finance, HR, Clinical, Compliance, Marketing)
  • Work with vendors and integration partners when needed
  • Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, monitoring, and production support
  • Contribute to technical documentation and system diagrams

• 3+ years of professional experience in full stack development
• Strong experience with:
  • Front-end:
    React, JavaScript/Type Script, HTML, CSS
  • Back-end:
    Node.js, .NET
  • APIs: RESTful API design and development
  • Databases: SQL Server or comparable relational databases
• Experience integrating enterprise platforms
• Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and data security best practices
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics (CE/CRM) and/or Workday
• Experience supporting mobile applications (React Native)
• Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms
