• Clearly set and communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions across audiences, from product team to executive levels
• Provide capacity for Provider Portal work streams, including backlog management, sprint planning, story writing, roadmap definition, etc.
• Serve as scalable bandwidth to ensure products are launched with GTM readiness.
• Embed best practices in daily work to grow maturity of PM team, including playbooks.

• Proven track record of owning complex, cross-functional products or services with high organizational visibility.
• A strong understanding of the healthcare industry is essential to inform product strategy and ensure alignment with market needs and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working in Provider Relations & Credentialing.
