• Design, implement, and maintain Conditional Access policies; test and validate their impact across user groups and applications.
• Manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Privileged Identity Management (PIM) settings, including entitlement reviews and approvals.
• Monitor and respond to Microsoft Entra Identity Protection alerts and risk events; implement remediation workflows.
• Integrate and troubleshoot device compliance signals (Intune) with Entra  secure access enforcement.
• Troubleshoot complex sign-in, SSO, and authentication failures across cloud and hybrid environments; perform root-cause analysis.
• Translate IAM architecture and designs into production-ready configurations and detailed runbooks.
• Automate routine tasks and deployments using Power Shell, Microsoft Graph, or Azure CLI; maintain scripts and IaC where applicable.
• Collaborate with application, networking, and security teams to support onboarding, offboarding, and entitlement management.
• Perform periodic access reviews, policy reviews, and maintain documentation for audit and compliance requirements.
• Provide L3 support and mentorship to junior engineers, participate in change control, and contribute to incident response.
