Desktop Systems Engineer

Compensation: $90,000

We are seeking an experienced Desktop Systems Engineer specializing in Audio-Visual (AV) and collaboration technologies to support and manage enterprise conference room environments across our corporate campus. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Teams–enabled meeting spaces, with a strong emphasis on Crestron-based systems. The ideal candidate has prior corporate experience, can work independently, and partners effectively with global AV integrators to ensure reliable, high-quality conferencing experiences.

• Manage and support enterprise conference room AV systems, including Microsoft Teams Rooms and Crestron platforms
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot AV and video conferencing hardware and software
• Partner with global AV integrators on break/fix issues
  , upgrades, and new room deployments
• Provide on-site support for meetings, events, and executive-level conferencing
• Monitor AV system performance, apply firmware updates, and ensure operational reliability
• Collaborate with IT, Facilities, and Technology teams on AV architecture and room standards
• Maintain documentation, standards, and inventory for AV systems and equipment
• Ensure AV systems comply with corporate security and access control policies

• Proven experience supporting Crestron AV systems in a corporate environment
• Hands-on experience managing Microsoft Teams Rooms at scale
• Strong background in enterprise AV and collaboration technologies
• Experience working with AV integrators and external vendors
• Solid understanding of IP-based AV and networking fundamentals
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Audio-Visual Technology
• Experience with enterprise monitoring tools (e.g.,
  XIO Cloud or similar platforms)
• Familiarity with Zoom Rooms, Web Ex, or other enterprise conferencing solutions
