Technology Lead – Oracle Revenue Management & Billing

We are seeking a full‑time, permanent Technology Lead for Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) located in Cincinnati, OH. This role focuses on end‑to‑end implementation projects and requires strong technical and consulting skills in billing systems.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive industry experience in lieu of each year of education.
• 5–7 years of IT experience in the billing domain, with at least one complete end‑to‑end implementation project.

• Experience in business process consulting, problem definition, and architecture/design of billing processes.
• Proficiency with Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) or Customer Care & Billing (CC&B), and a deep understanding of billing business processes and industry best practices.
• Background in functional areas such as pricing, billing, revenue management, payments, and collections across banking, insurance, capital markets, and cards & payments.
• Strong knowledge of product architecture, data models, and Oracle Utilities Application Framework SDK.
• Experience with configuration tools, Java, XML, XPath scripting, Eclipse, and Hibernate.
• Hands‑on experience in development, configuration, solution evaluation, validation, and deployment.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
