Hybrid Teamcenter PLM Solution Architect Security Clearance

Position: Hybrid Teamcenter PLM Solution Architect with Security Clearance
Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking a Hybrid Teamcenter Solution Architect in Cincinnati, OH. Responsibilities for the Teamcenter Solution Architect:
* Architect and guide enterprise Teamcenter search solutions, including SOLR/Solr Cloud-based indexing across metadata and document content at production scale.
* Provide enterprise-level architectural leadership for Teamcenter programs, operating in an advisory and governance role rather than execution ownership.
* Guide architectural planning for Teamcenter core, Active Workspace, and roadmap evolution, including transition planning (e.g., RAC to AWC, version upgrades).
* Ensure architectural alignment across Dev / QA / Prod pipelines, supporting controlled promotion and validation processes
* Partner directly with technical leadership, PLM owners, and program managers as a trusted architectural advisor.
* Lead architecture reviews, roadmap discussions, and executive-level technical briefings.
* Coordinate closely with third-party system integrators without assuming delivery ownership. Qualifications for the Teamcenter Solution Architect
* 10+ years of experience in PLM architecture, with deep expertise in Siemens Teamcenter.
* Proven experience operating in architecture governance and advisory roles for large, complex enterprise programs.
* Demonstrated experience supporting Aerospace & Defense customers and regulated environments.
* Strong understanding of:
* Teamcenter architecture and deployment models
* Upgrade and roadmap planning
* Ability to work effectively with customer IT organizations and third-party system integrators Compensation for Teamcenter Solution Architect: * $100,000 - $150,000
* Depending on Experience
