Resilience & Recovery Analyst

Overview

Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Disaster Recovery Analyst to fill an open position with one of our clients in the banking industry. This role supports enterprise-wide resilience initiatives across Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Response & Recovery, and Operational Resilience. You’ll partner directly with IT teams to guide them through DR requirements and ensure technology resilience strategies are consistently built, maintained, and validated.

This is a great opportunity to support a critical risk‑management function while gaining hands‑on experience with enterprise resilience frameworks and tooling.

• Drive day‑to‑day interaction with plan coordinators and ensure timely completion of Disaster Recovery initiatives.
• Follow up on outstanding tasks, maintain program data accuracy, and support governance reviews of strategies and plans.
• Educate stakeholders on DR processes and provide user support for the Fusion Framework System.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Resilience Office team members during business disruptions and assist with additional duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, Business Operations, Logistics, Emergency Response, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience or education in operational resilience, emergency management, business continuity, or disaster recovery (preferred).
• Experience working in financial services or another heavily regulated industry (preferred).
• Ability to grow and apply Enterprise Resilience knowledge while helping expand team capabilities.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and facilitation skills; adaptable to a virtual or cross‑functional team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and comfort working within enterprise software systems.
