This is a full-time role for an Information Technology Support Engineer located in Cincinnati, OH. The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, and managing system administration tasks. The role includes offering help desk support, diagnosing problems, and resolving technical challenges while ensuring IT systems operate efficiently and securely. Collaboration with team members to maintain and improve IT infrastructure will be a key aspect of the position.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Technical Support and Help Desk Support, demonstrating the ability to provide excellent assistance to end-users
- Expertise in Information Technology and System Administration, with a solid understanding of systems, networks, and software installation
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving hardware and software issues effectively
- Familiarity with IT best practices, security protocols, and system maintenance processes
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with an ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with cloud-based systems or a certification in IT-related fields is a plus
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
