Overview
A Project Manager job in Evendale, OH is currently available are seeking an experienced Project Manager preferably with a background in Information Technology. The ideal candidate possesses broad expertise in project management methodologies, with a strong emphasis on Waterfall. A PMP certification is preferred. The role requires demonstrated capability to manage 10 or more concurrent projects effectively.
Qualifications- Experience:
5-7+ years as a project manager, preferably in Information Technology environments. - Methodologies:
Strong command of Waterfall; working knowledge of Agile/Scrum, hybrid approaches, and PM best practices. - Portfolio Capacity:
Proven ability to manage 10+ concurrent projects with varying scope, complexity, and stakeholders. - Certifications:
PMP preferred; additional IT or Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe) a plus. - Security:
Active or obtainable security clearance; familiarity with working in secured or regulated environments preferred. - Planning & Execution:
Expertise in scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality management; builds and maintains detailed project plans and status reporting. - Tools:
Proficient with Service Now or equivalent;
Microsoft tools. - Stakeholder Management:
Strong communication and influencing skills; comfortable coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors. - Governance & Compliance:
Applies standardized PMO governance, change control, and documentation standards; experience with audits and regulatory requirements is beneficial. - Results:
Track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality targets; escalates risks proactively and drives issue resolution. - Must be US citizen and have (or be eligible to obtain) a DoD Secret security clearance, with investigation date within the last five years and IA certifications at or above the level of a Security+.
We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary rate of $95,000-$105,000, however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
