Tech Lead, Data Analyst, Data Engineer

The Data Modeler will design and implement data models to support the development of curated, reusable, and governed data products. This role will focus on creating source and target state models, ensuring data quality, and enabling efficient data consumption.

• Data Modeling
  :
  Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models for data products.
• Data Analysis
  :
  Profile and document key metrics of existing data products, including lineage, quality, and reuse potential.
• Collaboration
  :
  Work with stakeholders to define business rules, KPIs, and consumption requirements.
• Governance
  :
  Define and implement data governance principles for certified reusable data products.

• Data Modeling Tools
  :
  Proficiency in tools like ER/Studio, Erwin, or similar.
• Database Expertise
  :
  Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (Redshift, Postgre
  
  SQL, Dynamo
  
  DB).
• Data Governance
  :
  Experience with data quality, lineage, and compliance frameworks.
• Soft Skills
  :
  Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data modeling and database design.
• Familiarity with AWS data services (Redshift, Glue, S3) is a plus.

The pay range for this role is $140k - $145kper annum including any bonuses or variable pay/ 75-80/hr Tech Mahindra also offers benefits like medical, vision, dental, life, disability insurance and paid time off (including holidays, parental leave, and sick leave, as required by law).
