Mid-Senior level

• Building and supporting scalable, reliable infrastructure across cloud, on-prem, and edge/store environments
• Partnering with engineering teams to deploy, operate, and secure enterprise services
• Automating CI/CD pipelines and improving build speed and reliability
• Implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure system observability
• Troubleshooting production issues and supporting on-call rotations
• Creating clear documentation, runbooks, and operational playbooks

• 8+ years of experience in SRE, Dev Ops, Infrastructure, or related roles
• Strong Linux systems knowledge and production operations experience
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, or AWS) and cloud networking
• Experience supporting high-availability, high-volume systems
• Scripting and automation experience (Shell or similar)
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, VPNs)

• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Spinnaker, Azure Dev Ops, Team City)
• Observability tools (Datadog, New Relic, ELK, Grafana, Pager Duty)
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
• Containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience in healthcare, retail, or eCommerce environments
