Endpoint System Administrator – L3

We are seeking an experienced Endpoint System Administrator – L3 for a full-time, on-site role for one of our direct clients. The role involves managing and maintaining Endpoint systems, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal system performance. Responsibilities include performing advanced system administration tasks, assisting in network administration, and ensuring compliance with IT policies and best practices.

• Strong expertise in System Administration and managing endpoint devices
• Proficient in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support to resolve complex issues
• Experience with Network Administration tasks, including configuring and maintaining network systems
• In-depth knowledge of Information Technology infrastructure, systems, and processes
• Proficiency in leveraging diagnostic tools and problem-solving techniques
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
• Industry-standard certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, or CompTIA are advantageous
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
