Knowledge of PC hardware, Network hardware, Storage components, DC cabling, Racking Servers, managing and coordinating third‑party vendors.

Need excellent problem‑solving skills. Should be able to follow SNOW, SLAs, reporting, etc.

• Physical server management and support in Data Center
• Ticket system – Incidents – Service Requests
• Ticket handling
• Meeting with involved parties for alignment
• Goods Received – SAP – Posting of goods
• Receiving goods
• Check for completeness
• Scanning and posting in SAP
• Storage handling

• Transportation of goods across locations (with logistic company)
• Cable management with Sub‑Company

Experience:

1‑3 Years

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $34,500 to $76,000.

Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
