UI Tech Lead

Position: UI Tech Lead

Location: Cincinnati OH - Onsite

Duration: Long Term contract on w2

The UI Tech Lead is responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance in the development of UI-based applications primarily designing and implementing user-centric interfaces that align with business objectives and deliver seamless customer experiences across web and mobile platforms.

This role involves a combination of technical expertise, team leadership, project management skills and collaboration along with excellent communication skills.

• Expert-level proficiency in React and Type Script with a strong portfolio of production SPAs.
• Deep understanding of SPA architecture patterns (component-based design, client-side routing, code splitting, lazy loading).
• Hands-on experience implementing MQTT protocol over Web Sockets for real-time bidirectional communication.
• Solid grasp of state-management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, MobX or equivalent.
• Familiarity with modern front-end tooling and practices:
  Webpack/Vite, Babel/ESBuild, Jest/React Testing Library, CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Angular or other JavaScript frameworks.
