OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to support a large-scale data modernization initiative within a commercial real estate and construction organization. This role focuses on building modern data pipelines and platforms to improve automation, reporting, and operational visibility.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement modern data pipelines and data models
- Integrate data from ERP, property management, and construction systems
- Reduce manual processes through automation and improved data architecture
- Partner with business and technical teams to deliver reliable analytics solutions
- Strong experience in data engineering and pipeline development
- Experience with modern cloud data platforms and analytics tools
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills
- Experience supporting ERP or operational systems preferred
