Insight Global is looking for a contractor to sit on-site in downtown Cincinnati with one of our largest financial clients. This Individual will be joining the Data Science Enblement squad in the Data Insights Tribe. We’re hiring a Data Engineer to join the Data Science Enablement squad in the Data Insights Tribe at one of our top financial clients. This squad enables enterprise ML/AI pipelines in AWS Sage Maker.

In this role, you’ll accelerate the migration of critical Cloud Pak for Data (R Shiny) dashboards to Streamlit in Snowflake—supporting credit risk and data science users across the bank. Our target is to fully transition off Cloud Pak for Data by December 31, 2026. You’ll help us get there by building governed, performant Streamlit apps and curated, production ready datasets.

We’re looking for a hands on engineer who’s eager to move fast for users and has an interest in ML/AI pipelining. Ideal candidates have partnered with data science teams to support model development, reporting, or deployment—and want to grow in modern data tooling.

• Migrate prioritized R Shiny dashboards to Streamlit in Snowflake and speed up delivery for risk/DS users.
• Build app patterns (state, caching, charts, tables/exports) and curate production ready Snowflake datasets.
• Collaborate with DS/ML engineers to align dashboards with Sage Maker pipelines and model monitoring.
• Apply governance and performance best practices.
• Contribute to lightweight tests/CI/CD and operational telemetry.

• High visibility & impact: you’ll be central to the CP4D → Streamlit in Snowflake transition.
• Growth: learn and contribute to ML/AI enablement while building production grade data apps.
