Vernovis is partnering with a fast‑paced manufacturing company that is looking to hire a Sr. Data Manager. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Snowflake professional to elevate their career leading a team and designing the architecture of the data warehouse.

• Architect and optimize the enterprise data warehouse using Snowflake
  .
• Develop and maintain automated data pipelines with Fivetran or similar ETL tools.
• Design and enhance DBT data models to support analytics, reporting, and operational decision‑making.
• Oversee and improve Power BI reporting, ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and actionable for business users.
• Establish and enforce enterprise data governance, standards, policies, and best practices.
• Collaborate with business leaders to translate requirements into scalable, high‑quality data solutions.
• Enable advanced analytics and AI/ML initiatives through proper data structuring and readiness.
• Drive cross‑functional alignment
  , communication, and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead, mentor, and develop members of the data team.
• Ensure compliance
  , conduct system audits, and maintain business continuity plans.

• 7+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise data management.
• Expertise in Snowflake
  , Fivetran (or similar ETL tools), DBT, and Power BI.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and modern data architecture principles.
• Proven track record in data governance
  , modeling, and data quality frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing complex data initiatives.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders.

• Manufacturing experience
