We are seeking a senior abinitio developer with strong experience in data integration and data warehousing solutions. The role will involve designing, building, and optimizing abinitio graphs, managing ETL pipelines across on‑premise and cloud platforms, and ensuring high quality and scalable data solutions.

• 7+ Years of IT Experience, predominantly in Data Integration/ Data Warehouse area
• 6+ years of ETL Design and Development experience using Ab Initio
• Strong knowledge of Ab Initio MDH and DQ checks
• 2+ years of Data Integration on Hadoop Platform (preferably Cloudera)
• Experience in Ab Initio EME, GDE, parallelism techniques, Graphs using Data, Pipeline & Component parallelism
• Ability to design and build Ab Initio graphs (continuous & batch) and Conduct>it Plans
• Complete understanding of Metadata Hub metamodel
• Build graphs interfacing with heterogeneous data sources – Oracle, Snowflake, Hadoop, Hive, AWS S3
• Parse XML, JSON & YAML documents including hierarchical models
• Build and implement data acquisition and transformation/curation requirements in a data lake or warehouse environment
• Build Control Center Jobs and Schedules, BRE rulesets for reformat, rollup & validation use cases
• Identify performance bottlenecks in graphs and optimize them
• Rigorous high code quality, automated testing, and reusable code components
• Unit test, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain code base with performance optimization, interoperability standards and governance compliance
• Build CI/CD pipelines using Testing Framework, JUnit, Jenkins, JIRA, Service Now
• Implement Ab Initio CDC in ETL projects
• Experience with Ab Initio components:
  Rollup, Scan, Join (Partition by Key, Partition by Round Robin), Gather, Merge, Interleave, Lookup, etc.
• Excellent SQL, Unix shell scripting, performance tuning skills
• Technical experience in design (mapping specifications, HLD, LLD), development (coding, unit testing) using Ab Initio
• Java development experience nice to have
• Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall Development practices
• Work independently and support junior developers as needed
• Keep abreast of Ab Initio best practices and new features; continuously improve processes
