The Sr. Site Reliability Engineer will monitor and improve computer systems, enabling emergency response and capacity planning. You will build alerts for operational issues, work with IT managers to ensure systems operate efficiently, and develop services that improve IT support teams.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor, alert, and improve computer systems to support emergency response and capacity planning.
- Build and maintain production code changes, CI/CD pipelines, alerting, and monitoring adjustments.
- Develop proprietary tools to mitigate weaknesses in incident management and software delivery.
- Collaborate with IT managers and other professionals to maintain uninterrupted operations throughout the software lifecycle.
- Incorporate software engineering aspects to deliver services that support IT teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Six (6) years of experience in IT or computer-related roles.
- Experience with Git Lab/Git Hub, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, Azure, and Bitbucket.
- Permanent U.S. work authorization required.
Base salary range: $129,563 – $137,186. Incentives align with performance. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, holidays, and paid learning days.
