Job Opportunity – Benefits Specialist with 4myBenefits in Cincinnati, OH

As the Benefits Specialist with 4myBenefits, you will be the main point of contact for our clients and various internal departments within the company and provide ongoing service delivery to support client requirements and needs.
Other responsibilities include:
- Serve as the first-level system support for assigned clients and communicate with customers daily via phone, email, and web conferencing.
- Perform system configuration and testing to meet client requirements for projects and annual enrollment.
- Administer the benefits administration system accurately and timely.
- Work in a team-based environment to ensure processes are implemented properly.
- Engage with various internal and external teams and contacts, including Account Management, EDI teams, and clients.
- Partner closely with client HR representatives and Brokers to address clients' needs.
- Training clients to use the 4myBenefits systems.
- Maintaining and updating client profiles using Sales Force.
- Support Affordable Care Act processing.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
- Employee Navigator and or Plan Source software experience; preferred.
- Experience insurance or healthcare benefits industry is preferred.
- Experience with data entry and manipulation is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
