We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Senior Reward Analyst to lead the administration and governance of our employee benefits programs. This role is critical in ensuring smooth enrollment cycles, effective communication, and compliance across multiple regions.
What You’ll Do- Manage U.S. cyclical enrollment processes, including reporting, launches, and employee communications.
- Oversee benefits package rollouts and renewals, ideally with global exposure.
- Act as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders, communicating clearly and building strong relationships.
- Provide recommendations on benefits practices and governance, ensuring standards are implemented and maintained.
- Handle complex queries while meeting deadlines and managing day‑to‑day priorities effectively.
- Support strategic initiatives with project tracking and coordination.
- Ensure compliance and accuracy across multi‑transactional processes, including documentation and forms, delivering on time every time.
- Proven experience managing U.S. benefits enrollment cycles and renewals.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills—approachable, relatable, and confident.
- Experience with benefits governance and process improvement.
- Project management exposure and ability to support strategic initiatives.
- Detail‑oriented with a commitment to compliance and timely delivery.
