We are looking for an experienced mid‑to‑senior level project manager who pays close attention to detail and thrives in a flexible, fast‑paced work environment. The role involves bringing digital strategy to life through websites, custom web applications, and related technologies in an expressive work environment.
Location & Salary
Full‑time, remote (preferred Cincinnati region). Eligible candidates in Ohio or the surrounding states (Indiana, Kentucky, Minnesota, Arkansas, Georgia, West Virginia, South Carolina, New York, California) are welcome. Salary commensurate with experience within a $75,000 – $90,000 range. The team operates on East Coast hours.

- Scope and estimate new projects
- Create project schedules and manage project timelines
- Manage tasks for yourself and the team
- Articulate requirements to clients, developers, designers, and copywriters
- Partner effectively with Client Services Manager and Tech Lead to meet client objectives
- Interface with clients to gather information, assets, and deliver project updates
- Handle complex projects with authority; agile/scrum knowledge is a plus
- Prioritize and manage your time effectively; deliver on time, every time
- Obsessive attention to detail and over‑the‑top organization skills
- Multi‑task across several clients and projects without much hand‑holding
- Comprehensive understanding of website development steps and ability to support developers
- Approachability and empathy; be the point person for your team
- Adapt to changing demands in a fast‑paced environment and drive progress
- Communicate clearly, effectively, and often; believe in over‑communication
- Agency experience
- Scrum master experience
- Experience with project management software such as Asana
- Experience with Google Analytics / GA4
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) especially Contentful
- Experience with Git/Git Hub
