We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Hyperion DRM Specialist to manage and optimize our enterprise data governance processes. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Oracle Hyperion Data Relationship Management (DRM), and will be responsible for maintaining metadata integrity across financial systems, ensuring consistency, and supporting business transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and maintain Oracle Hyperion DRM and DRG (Data Relationship Governance) applications.
- Design and implement metadata models, hierarchies, and validations to support financial and operational reporting.
- Collaborate with finance, IT, and business teams to gather metadata requirements and translate them into DRM solutions.
- Develop and maintain DRM exports, imports, and integrations with downstream systems (e.g., HFM, Planning, ERP).
- Create and manage DRM business rules, validations, and derived properties.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with governance standards.
- Support master data change management and workflow processes using DRG.
- Document metadata models, processes, and user guides.
- Provide training and support to DRM users and stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle Hyperion DRM and DRG.
- Strong understanding of metadata management and master data governance.
- Experience with integration between DRM and Hyperion applications (HFM, Planning, Essbase).
- Familiarity with data modeling and hierarchy management.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud EPM metadata management tools.
- Knowledge of SQL and data integration tools (e.g., ODI, FDMEE).
- Exposure to financial systems and reporting processes.
- Oracle DRM certification is a plus.
