• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience administering Jira and Atlassian products
• Strong understanding of Jira workflows, permission schemes, and project configurations
• 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in a traffic manager or similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills

• Experience with Jira automation and scripting
• Knowledge of project management standards, processes, and best practices
• Ability to interact effectively with executive‑level clients
• Familiarity with financial services industry standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma)
• Proven skills in managing project budgets and timelines
