Our IT Infrastructure Analyst will configure and maintain various IT infrastructure solutions across Mattr locations. The candidate will analyze and identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies to ensure long‑term effectiveness and reliability of physical IT hardware and virtual machines. Responsibilities include hardware/software maintenance, troubleshooting across deployed hardware and applications, and evaluating new technologies and vendors. The role also supports the IT Operations Support team with desktop and end‑user peripherals and serves as an escalation point, requiring strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
Duties- Day‑to‑day infrastructure operations support (maintain systems, documentation, ticketing)
- After‑hours / weekend escalations
- Interface with customer and project teams
- Assist in small to medium‑scale infrastructure projects
- Receive and support escalations from IT Operations Support team
- Adhere to company safety and security policies & procedures
- Minimum 3‑5 years of related experience
- Minimum 2+ years of public cloud administration
- Minimum 3‑5 years of experience on an enterprise‑level operations team
- IT technical course or certificate – required
- University degree – preferred
- Azure certifications – preferred
