Compensation

Compensation: $35-$40/Hour

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and administer global compensation programs
  • Conduct job evaluations and maintain global job architecture
  • Perform market pricing and recommend salary ranges and pay structures
  • Support annual merit, bonus, and promotional compensation cycles
  • Partner with HR and business leaders on offers and pay decisions
  • Monitor pay equity and ensure compliance with compensation regulations
  • Participate in salary surveys and interpret market data
  • Build compensation reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of global compensation analysis experience
  • Strong market pricing, job evaluation, and compensation administration skills
  • Experience with ADP
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
