Description

We’re excited to be hiring a Recruiter to help support our continued growth as we open new locations and strengthen our teams. This role plays a key part in finding great managers to lead our stores, as well as supporting recruiting efforts for office-based roles. The Recruiter is responsible for supporting full-cycle recruiting and building strong candidate pipelines while partnering closely with regional and store-level leaders.

This role also supports data tracking and continuous improvement efforts to ensure we are hiring the right people in the right way.

The Recruiter Will
  • Support full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer
  • Partner with regional managers and store leaders to understand hiring needs and priorities
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews efficiently across multiple locations
  • Assess candidates for both job fit and cultural fit, especially for leadership roles
  • Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Collect, review, and share recruiting and turnover data
  • Use data insights to support tactical recruiting improvements
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes and tools
