Description
We’re excited to be hiring a Recruiter to help support our continued growth as we open new locations and strengthen our teams. This role plays a key part in finding great managers to lead our stores, as well as supporting recruiting efforts for office-based roles. The Recruiter is responsible for supporting full-cycle recruiting and building strong candidate pipelines while partnering closely with regional and store-level leaders.
This role also supports data tracking and continuous improvement efforts to ensure we are hiring the right people in the right way.
- Support full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer
- Partner with regional managers and store leaders to understand hiring needs and priorities
- Schedule and coordinate interviews efficiently across multiple locations
- Assess candidates for both job fit and cultural fit, especially for leadership roles
- Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Collect, review, and share recruiting and turnover data
- Use data insights to support tactical recruiting improvements
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes and tools
- Be a strong example of Dewey’s culture and live our Purpose and Values
- Be highly self-motivated and accountable, particularly in a remote environment
- Be organized and value structure when balancing interviews and other responsibilities
- Have sound judgment and the ability to discern cultural fit in addition to job fit
- Be comfortable reviewing and analyzing data and using it to drive improvement
- Communicate clearly and professionally with leaders at all levels
- Be curious, adaptable, and open to learning as recruiting practices evolve
