The Talent & Acquisition Partner is responsible for leading corporate recruitment and onboarding efforts while supporting key talent management initiatives across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to attract, hire, and onboard top talent, and to support the development, performance, and growth of employees through talent management, learning and development, and succession planning activities.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate and professional roles, including intake meetings, job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and offer management, and pre-employment processes.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring timelines, and candidate profiles.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future corporate hiring needs
  • Coordinate and participate in candidate interviews and selection decisions
  • Manage relationships with external recruiting partners, as needed
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through hire
  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new corporate hires
  • Partner with HR, IT, and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and effective onboarding experience
  • Facilitate or support new hire orientation and onboarding sessions
  • Ensure completion of onboarding documentation, system access, and compliance requirements
  • Monitor onboarding effectiveness and recommend improvements
  • Assist with talent management, including supporting performance management, learning and development, and internal mobility, promotions, and succession planning efforts
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on basic HR and talent-related questions
  • Track and report on recruitment and onboarding metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, turnover, onboarding completion, etc.)
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment and onboarding processes and tools
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and HRIS
