• Full‑cycle recruiting for accounting, finance, and business advisory professionals, ensuring strategic hires and just‑in‑time staffing.
• Collaborate with hiring partners to understand business needs, develop sourcing strategies, conduct behavioral and technical interviews, facilitate assessment and selection, and present offers.
• Build and sustain relationships with business units, candidates, and teams, leveraging strong networking, sourcing and recruiting skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related business field.
• Minimum four years of recruiting experience (professional services experience preferred).
• HR certification such as PHR or SPHR highly preferred.
• Demonstrated sourcing, pipelining, networking, and familiarity with EEOC guidelines.

This is an exempt position; you may work over 40 hours per week as required.

$85,000 – $118,000 (based on office location: Colorado, Illinois, Ohio, Massachusetts).
