Customer Success Executive; Night Shift

Job Purpose

To interact with candidates on a regular basis and to ensure that delivery standards are met as per requirement.

• Basic Computer Skill (Excel, Typing)

• First point of contact (SPOC) for candidates; focus of the role is to provide excellence in customer service and maximize the client experience.
• Conduct Interviews through calls or email/online.
• Documentation and securing records from entities along with coordinating with HRs, Directors and other officials for the interviews.
• Handle candidate queries and escalation calls.
• Ensure that the internal/external quality targets are met.
