Job Title:
Sr. Corporate Recruiter

Duration: 6+ Months Contract/Contract to hire

Immediate interview with the client

Responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting for Financial and Accounting Professionals.
  • Developing and administering staffing, employment, and recruiting programs. Collaborating with hiring leaders to document job requirements and open requisitions.
  • Identifying appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions.
  • Promoting the company's image to candidates and external service providers. Building networks to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Pre-screening resumes and evaluating electronic candidate evaluation tools. Documenting candidate evaluations and interview processes.
  • Supporting the development of new hire compensation packages and offers.
  • Conducting employment background checks as needed.
  • Coordinating with agencies, recruiting contractors, and internet website representatives for advertising campaigns.
  • Providing performance feedback on recruiting agencies and sources.
  • Supporting college recruiting, affirmative action, and career development programs. Higher-level professionals may focus on technical recruiting or executive searches.
  • Assisting with immigration processes and liaising with attorneys.
  • Applying creative problem-solving to resolve issues within the scope of the role.
  • Working independently with minimal instruction, using judgment to select methods and techniques.
  • Networking with senior internal and external personnel in the area of expertise.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years with a Master's degree, or a PhD without experience, or equivalent work experience.
