Overview

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner for The Christ Hospital Health Network in Norwood, Ohio.

Base pay range: $70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr. Pay range information is provided by The Christ Hospital Health Network; your actual pay will be based on skills and experience. Talk with your recruiter to learn more.

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles
• Build strong relationships with department leaders to understand hiring needs
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent
• Champion employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
• Use data-driven insights to improve recruitment outcomes

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in healthcare
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
