The opportunity
Delaware North Sport service is searching for seasonal Guest Service Attendants to join our team at Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a Guest Service, you will be responsible for ensuring an effective operation of assigned luxury suites, including stocking, serving, and attending to guests’ needs.
This is a per-event paid position with compensation of $87.50 per event. The hourly rate shown is for reference only and reflects a breakdown of the guaranteed event pay, which is based on a 7-hour event day. The total event payment remains the same regardless of the actual number of hours worked.

What will you do?- Set up and Prepare food station with all the proper equipment and utensils for the event
- Ensure that all food is at the station as well as back up items for service. Food should be up to company and manager/chef standards
- Anticipate guests needs as they approach the stations, following all Guest Path standards
- Maintain station and club cleanliness throughout the event
- Be able to follow all set up and break down procedures while give the best guest experience possible
- No high school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year of service experience in a hotel, full service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment required
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage or Hospitality is preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift
- Exposure to variable temperatures
- May be required to work in narrow spaces
