• Support and motivate the front desk team to deliver exceptional guest service, handle challenges with confidence, and keep the positive energy flowing.

• Greet guests warmly, manage check-ins, handle special requests, and resolve concerns - ensuring every guest feels valued from the moment they walk in.

• You’ll be the go-to person for escalated guest issues, team questions, and unexpected challenges - keeping calm, professional, and solution-oriented.

• Oversee daily front desk operations, ensure accurate reservations, manage room assignments, and handle cash and payment processes with precision.

• Work closely with housekeeping, engineering, and leadership to keep hotel operations running seamlessly.

• Whether it's assisting guests, jumping in during busy times, or rolling up your sleeves to help the team, you lead with heart and hustle.

Once you’ve proven your leadership skills at our property, you’ll have the opportunity to join the Task Force Team
