The General Manager has overall responsibility for the successful operation of the hotel and for meeting or exceeding its financial objectives. The General Manager of this property needs to be a hands‑on and engaging leader and

• Positive Culture Builder within our People‑First organization.
• Directs the total operation of the hotel to maintain established cost and quality standards.
• Attains projected revenue and profit levels.
• Achieves guest satisfaction goals and ensures maintenance and security of the hotel's physical assets.
• Develops and updates the hotel business plan and monitors financial performance.
• Administers company policy and procedures.
• Active partner in the Community.
• Assures staff are recruited, selected, trained, counseled and rewarded to maintain performance standards while promoting our People‑First Culture.

• College degree in Hotel Restaurant Management, Accounting/Finance, Business or equivalent.
Proven record as a successful leader in a General Manager role showing positive financial returns and employee engagement survey results.
• Full‑service GM with 3‑5 years of progressive experience (preferably in a Marriott) and F&B experience required.
• Hands‑on leadership and mentoring commitment for the team.
• Hotel renovation experience preferred.
• Extensive Food and Beverage experience required.
