We are looking for a highly motivated, customer focused Barista/Bartender to join our team. This person is responsible for delivering memorable hospitality to our guests with genuine and personable connections and engaging service from the initial greeting to departure. As a Barista/Bartender, you will seek to understand the guest’s needs while preparing beverages in a timely manner. The role requires quick thinking and an engaging attitude.

• Greet guests as they arrive or move about the bar area
• Maintain proper and adequate setup of the bar daily
• Guide guests on their beverage journey through descriptive selling of the menu
• Accurately take orders and confirm all special requests
• Master the bar details to enhance the guest experience
• Work collaboratively with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
• Assist guests with concerns and guide them to a resolution that leaves them happy
• Finalize the experience with timely and accurate bill presentation
• Replenish and stock beer, wine, and spirits
• Maintain stock, cut and store fresh fruits and vegetables garnishes, juices, and other perishables to ensure product quality
• Mix, garnish, and present drinks following standard recipes with portion control
• Enter orders into the point-of-sale system and create a check for each guest
• Lock and store beverages, food, and equipment; deposit cash drops as required

• Engaging and welcoming personality
• Current bartenders’ certification or appropriate license
• Knowledge of current mixology trends
• Descriptive and sales-oriented communication
• 2-4 years of bartender experience
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for creating an exceptional guest experience
• Excellent communication skills

$8.00 - $15.60 per hour
