Banquet Server; PT - Graduate Cincinnati

Description

Collegiate Hotel Group is seeking a part time Banquet Server to join Graduate Cincinnati by Hilton and its brilliant team of hospitality enthusiasts.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides exceptional Guest Service

• Bus and set tables, including condiments as needed

• Prepare room for events: settable cloths, dishes, silverware as needed

• Assistin cleaning and organizing at the completion of an event

• Must be familiar with all menu items, their preparation and service procedure

• Serve guests food and drinks during event as required

• Abide by all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining toserving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests

• Accommodate any needs for reasonable special requests

• Follow directions as detailed from Banquet Captain, Lead Serveror Banquet Manager

• Other duties asassignedby management

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma/GED

• Previous food and beverage, hospitality, restaurant,banquetsor hotel experience required

KNOWLEDGE,SKILLSAND ABILITIES

• Able to work flexible hours and shifts

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally

• Team player

• Ability to multi-task
