Hotel General Manager

Overview

The Keystone Hotels Group is seeking a highly motivated individual preferably with hotel experience to join our team!

• Managing the hotel's overall operation through maintaining established cost and quality standards, maximizing profits, developing and retaining employees and exceeding guest expectations.
• The ideal candidate is one who is ready to work hard and is responsible for consistently delivering results by accomplishing performance objectives focused on business revenues, guest and associate satisfaction and effectiveness and efficiencies.
• A commitment to creating and maintaining a quality product and guest/associate relations is a must.
• Maximizes room revenues by anticipating and planning for market shifts; develops and monitors strategic marketing prospects; develops, implements and monitors annual business and marketing plans and participates in appropriate national marketing efforts.
• Establish and maintain a proactive human resources function to ensure employee motivation, training and development, wage/benefit administration and compliance with policies and procedures and labor regulations.

• Yield management experience preferred and a successful sales background is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem solving and PC skills will be required.
