Position Overview

The CAT/CT Scan Technologist produces computerized tomographic scanner radiographs of specific areas as ordered by a physician. These cross-sectional images provide detailed information about soft tissues, blood vessels, and bones, which are essential for accurate diagnostics. The CAT/CT Scan Technologist obtains patient history, explains standard procedures, and addresses patient concerns. The CAT/CT Technologist also performs a variety of specialized tasks involved in the performance of CT scans.

Minimum Requirements

• Two years of experience as a CAT/CT Technologist preferred.
• Two years of level 1 trauma experience
• Six months of travel contract experience
• Appropriate valid state licensure in diagnostic imaging
• Experience with EPIC charting system

* Shifts are 2x12 and 2x8.
