Position: (STNAs) CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) Sub acute and Rehab Unit

Subacute and Rehab Unit (STNAs) CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) - Both Shifts

Job Summary:

Meadowbrook Care Center, a 156-bed facility located in Northeast Cincinnati, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Subacute and Rehab Unit team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall well-being. Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Monitor and report any changes in residents' condition to the nursing team

  • Assist with rehabilitation therapies, such as physical, occupational, and speech therapy

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment

  • Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and team meetings

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing team

Requirements:
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Ohio

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 0 years of experience as a CNA (recent graduates welcome to apply)

  • Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care
