Physical Therapist (PT), Full-Time, First Shift, Pelvic Floor Therapist

UC Health is hiring a part‑time Physical Therapist (PT) for the Outpatient Therapy service's department for the first shift at UC Gardner Neuroscience Institute.
Evaluate, plan, and implement Physical Therapy treatment programs for referred patients in order to restore function, prevent disability, reduce pain, and return to his/her maximum function. Follow hospital department approved policies related to documentation, attendance, education, etc. Show respect and courtesy to all staff, patients, and visitors.
QualificationsMinimum
Required:
- Degree in Physical Therapy from approved PT School.
- License to practice Physical Therapy or licensure eligible in the applicable state.
- Recently certified, licensed or graduates within past 12 months.
- Experience with Pelvic Health

Responsibilities- Complete functional and comprehensive and physical therapy assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment programs consistent with patient’s diagnosis, status, and goals.
- Implement treatment plans in collaboration with the therapy team.
- Engage in professional and population‑appropriate communication.
- Adhere to hospital and department policies.
