- Flexible scheduling for many roles
- Manage front desk and greet clients professionally.
- Answer phones and route calls appropriately.
- Operate intercom and building access system.
- Assist clients with registration paperwork.
- Support Open Access Intake flow.
- Manage appointment scheduling as assigned.
- Monitor bus passes and transportation tracking.
- Perform copying, filing, faxing and data entry.
- Maintain organized front desk environment.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Escalate matters as they occur.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma required.
- Associate's/Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required.
- 2+ years office or customer services experience preferred.
- Experience in behavioral health setting a plus.
