About the Position
Travel Nurse Source  is working with Adelphi Medical Staffing to find a qualified Other RN in Cincinnati, Ohio, 45201!

Adelphi is seeking Registered Nurses to conduct health assessments and developed and implement Individualized Health Plans for SPED students for schools in Cincinnati, Ohio. The ideal candidates will possess a current Ohio RN license and have a minimum of 1 year experience working with SPED students.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
Current OH RN license
At least 1 year experience within the past 3 years
CPR/BLS

Responsibilities:
Provide direct one-to-one skilled nursing services to students
Complete and maintain proper reports and records
Attend admission, review, and dismissal (ARD) meetings for the students
Conducting health screenings, such as vision and hearing tests, to identify potential health issues that may affect a student's learning or development
Maintaining accurate and confidential health records for each student
Serving as an advocate for students' health needs within the school and the broader community.
Other duties as assigned by the administration.
