Location: Cincinnati, OH 45219
Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: Up to $30/hour
Job Summary
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Executive Assistant for an exciting job in Cincinnati, OH.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling for senior medical and executive leadership
- Serve as the primary point of contact between leadership, physicians, vendors, sponsors, and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record detailed meeting minutes
- Manage all electronic and paper correspondence for executive leadership
- Support research and publishing activities, including manuscript preparation and submission
- Transcribe text and figures for publications and obtain publisher permissions as required
- Track and ensure adherence to deadlines for publications, meetings, and presentations
- Create, edit, and organize professional presentations using PowerPoint or similar tools
- Assist with abstract submissions and preparation of materials for national and regional conferences
- Coordinate physician travel, speaking engagements, and professional meetings
- Arrange travel accommodations and prepare expense reports with proper documentation
- Liaise with IT and other internal support teams as needed
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2-3 years of Executive Assistant or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational, communication, and clerical skills
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
- Working knowledge of medical terminology
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong follow-through
- Experience supporting physicians and senior leadership
- Prior experience in a healthcare or clinical environment
- Associate Degree in Business or a related field
