Job Summary:

Harrison Pavilion Rehabilitation & Nursing Care, a leader in providing high-quality care to our residents, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staffing Coordinator STNA/LPN to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a vital member of our care team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care by coordinating staffing schedules, managing staff assignments, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage and staffing levels to meet the needs of our residents
• Manage and assign staff to meet the needs of our residents, including STNAs and LPNs
• Maintain accurate records of staffing schedules, attendance, and staff qualifications
• Communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families to ensure that needs are met and concerns are addressed
• Develop and implement strategies to improve staffing efficiency and productivity
• Monitor and report on staffing levels and adjust schedules as needed to ensure adequate care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and collaborate with other departments to improve resident outcomes

• Current STNA/LPN licensure in the state of Ohio
• 0-1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a long-term care or rehabilitation environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, residents, and families
• Ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs)
