Hours: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm

Nursing Assistant (NA) - Full Time Days

Location: Select Specialty Hospital - Cincinnati North (located inside Tri Health Rehabilitation Hospital)

Pay: $19.64 - $26.44 per hour (based on years of experience)

Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 (based on years of experience)

• Join a critical illness recovery hospital committed to providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronic, critically ill patients who require extended healing and recovery.
• Provide compassionate, excellent care to patients as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Perform services for patients including bathing using basin-less bath products, oral hygiene, oral feeding and care of hair.
• Participate in hourly rounds.
• Transport patients to and from various treatment centers when necessary, and assist transporters in moving patients in and out of stretchers and wheelchairs.
• Maintain the cleanliness of instruments and equipment such as bedpans, urinals and wheelchairs.
• Keep patients’ rooms in clean and orderly condition.
• Maintain unit stock levels of supplies and equipment as directed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED OR relevant work experience (3+ years)
• BLS required within 90 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications

• Hospital experience as a nursing assistant, certification as a nursing assistant or experience in a related field (i.e. medical assistant, actively enrolled RN student)
