As a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Occupational Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

• Create customized, patient-centered therapy plans

• Collaborate with OTAs and interdisciplinary team members to execute care

• Guide patients on their journey to improved function and daily independence

• Maintain documentation and productivity standards while focusing on outcomes that matter

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program

• Valid state OT license

• Flexibility to work weekdays and/or weekends as needed

• Experience in rehab, acute, or long-term care is great—but not required. We welcome your passion!
