Clinical Supervisor – School-Based Services

Location: Cincinnati, OH (School-Based | Community Travel Required)

• Provide clinical supervision and documentation review for school-based staff
• Coach, mentor, and manage performance of therapists and support providers
• Ensure delivery of evidence-based, strength-based clinical services
• Oversee treatment planning, interventions, and discharge processes
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, accreditation, and contracts
• Lead group supervision toward independent licensure
• Participate in audits, quality improvement, and staff trainings
• Support school and community events (some evenings/weekends)

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Active Ohio LISW-S or LPCC-S license
• 5+ years working with children and/or families
• 3+ years of clinical leadership or supervision experience
• School-based behavioral health experience preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, and documentation compliance skills

• Expertise in diagnostics, treatment planning & evidence-based practices
• Ability to lead and motivate interdisciplinary teams
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel & Outlook
