The Nursing Home Administrator will lead the facility s overall operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining the highest level of care and quality of life for residents. The ideal candidate is both a strong business leader and a compassionate advocate for residents, families, and staff.

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the entire facility.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Lead and support department heads in achieving organizational goals.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, respect, and accountability.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and occupancy management.
• Cultivate community and referral relationships to maintain census stability.
• Champion staff development, engagement, and retention.
• Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.

• Active and valid Ohio Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA) required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Licensed Administrator in a skilled nursing facility.
• Proven track record of success in operations, compliance, and team leadership.
• In-depth knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, state and federal long-term care regulations.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
