Transportation Driver

Care Core at Meadows is seeking a dependable and organized full time Transportation Driver & Appointment Scheduler to support our residents and care team.

Responsibilities include:

• Transport residents to and from medical appointments safely

• Assist residents as needed during transport

• Schedule and coordinate medical appointments

• Communicate schedules with nursing staff

• Maintain transportation and scheduling records

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required

• Compassionate and professional demeanor

• Strong organization and communication skills

• Long term care or healthcare experience preferred, not required
